The summer shuffle continued this week at Westfield Montgomery mall, where two more major additions have been announced while a longtime tenant has moved out.

  • Eyeglass chain Warby Parker is taking a lower-level space in the Nordstrom wing, opening this fall across from J.Crew. This will be the fourth Montgomery County location for Warby Parker, including one close by at Pike & Rose.
  • Hot-again clothing store Hollister is returning to the mall after a six-year absence, opening this fall next door to American Eagle. Hollister is the second late ’90s/early 2000s-era retailer to stage a comeback at Westfield Montgomery, following last year’s return of Abercrombie & Fitch.
  • Another new arrival this week is Unique Jewelry & Artifacts, now open in the former Wentworth Gallery space next to Nordstrom. The shop carries rugs, wall hangings, jewelry and other imported goods from around the world.
  • Meanwhile, Asian variety chain Miniso has exited Westfield Montgomery mall after a four-year run. The store is relocating to Federal Plaza on Rockville Pike, where it will face off with nearby competitors Teso Life and Ebisu.
