Asian variety store Miniso, which recently exited Westfield Montgomery mall, has reopened in its new home at Rockville’s Federal Plaza. The store is aimed primarily at kids and teens, carrying everything from toys, snacks, notebooks and greeting cards to clothes, cosmetics and collectibles. Miniso is the third Asian variety store to open on Rockville Pike in the past three years, joining Teso Life and Ebisu.
