Rockville’s Buy Buy Baby went dark for the final time this week after a last-minute business deal failed to keep the doors open. The Congressional Plaza store, which had been slated for closure twice in the past two years, got one final chance for a reprieve in early February when the Buy Buy Baby name changed hands yet again. It appears that some Buy Buy Baby stores are indeed going to stay open, but this location is not one of them.
