Four months after Nada closed its doors at Pike & Rose, another taco-and-cocktail spot is moving in. This time it’s Bartaco, an Arlington-based chain with multiple D.C.-area locations that’s finally expanding to Maryland. Bartaco has a beachy vibe and an eclectic menu that includes rice bowls, poke bowls, kimchi and fruit skewers. It’s one of three new restaurants scheduled to open at Pike & Rose this year, joining Mui (upscale Japanese fare, replacing The Block) and Boubolina (a new venture from the founders of Cava, Julii and Melina).
