The seasonal retailer is heading to Rockville Pike, opening Labor Day weekend in the former Pier One space next to TGI Friday’s. This year’s hot costumes? Stranger Things characters, Top Gun: Maverick jumpsuits, Elvis in Vegas and Wednesday Addams.
