Cold Stone Creamery is heading to Rockville’s Wintergreen Plaza, opening later this year between The UPS Store and Paisano’s Pizza. The new arrival will fill the frozen dessert gap left by SweetFrog‘s recent exit. Also opening soon at Wintergreen: HeyTea, a buzzy Chinese chain known for its chunks of fresh fruit and cheese-foam toppings.
