Less than a year after The Backyard Bird Feeder flew into Potomac Village, another birding shop has landed in Rockville. This time it’s Wild Birds Unlimited, newly open in the former My Best Friend’s Closet space on Traville Gateway Drive. The store carries a wide variety of bird seed, bird baths, feeders, houses and nesting boxes, along with birding gear and nature-themed gifts. This is the second location for franchisees Paul and Jean Gates, who also own a Wild Birds Unlimited store in Frederick.
