There’s a new spot for your sweet tooth on Rockville Pike — and for once, it isn’t bubble tea. Tropical Smoothie Cafe, now open at the White Flint Station shopping center near Ize’s Deli, serves up salads and sandwiches as well as fruit and vegetable smoothies. This is the second Rockville location for the Atlanta-based chain, which also can be found at Travilah Square.
