Here’s a sneak peek at Shiki Fusion, the new Asian restaurant that’s about to open at Westfield Montgomery mall. The menu will blend Japanese and Thai foods in an upscale setting, filling the long-empty space above Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings and directly across from the AMC movie theater. MET Bethesda was the first restaurant to open there in 2016, but it closed after less than two years. Another restaurant, Viva Japanese Steakhouse, was supposed to move in but never materialized. Will the third time be the charm?
