Sardi’s, the popular DMV-area fast-casual chain, opened its newest location this week at Loehmann’s Plaza on Randolph Road. Peruvian chicken and side dishes are the stars here, but there’s a lot more on the menu to choose from: wings, fish, pork chops, lamb chops, steak, shrimp and lomo saltado — plus other Latin American dishes like ceviche, quesadillas, empanadas and pupusas. Prices start around $15. You’ll find Sardi’s at the front of Loehmann’s Plaza, in the onetime Boston Market space that was most recently home to Toosso Pakistani Kitchen.
