Toosso, the Pakistani restaurant that recently lost its home on Rockville Pike, has reopened at Loehmann’s Plaza in Kensington. The new location offers a modest, welcoming interior and an inexpensive menu of halal foods like chicken tikka, kofta, biryani and samosas. Like its one-time neighbor Pizza CS, Toosso was one of several businesses that closed in the Twinbrook area to make way for new development — including a future Wegmans.
