Here’s a peek inside new sushi spot Rakugaki (“little Raku”), which opened last weekend at Wildwood after a year of renovations to the former Wildwood Kitchen space. The menu features many favorites from Raku’s Bethesda and D.C. locations, but there are quite a few new dishes to try — including a selection of house-made Japanese noodles. Also: fun sundae-style desserts and a full bar specializing in Japanese whiskey, shochu and sake. For now, Rakugaki is only open for dinner.
