Purée Artisan Juice Bar, a staple on Bethesda Row since 2011, is bringing its vegan, organic and kosher menu to Cabin John Village. The business is best known for its fresh cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açai bowls and multi-day “cleanses,” along with raw-food dishes like gazpacho, vegetable burritos, quinoa bowls and superfood truffles. The Potomac location will open next year in the central corridor of the shopping center, next to Jurisdiction Clothing and across from Bethesda Bagels. It will replace the Dov & Company gift shop, which is moving to Virginia after the holidays.
