Pura Vida Miami, a fast-casual restaurant chain with a focus on healthy fare, is on the way to Cabin John Village. Founded in Miami Beach more than a dozen years ago, Pura Vida is known for its all-day breakfast menu along with salads, sandwiches, açai bowls, smoothies, teas and coffees. With 31 restaurants in Florida and three in New York, the Potomac location (first reported by The Burn) will mark Pura Vida’s Maryland debut. Still unclear: Where exactly will this restaurant be opening? We’re hearing that it may replace one of the shopping center’s existing eateries, but no one has confirmed.
