Nearly three years after it was first announced, the newest Gregorio’s Trattoria is almost ready to debut at Park Potomac. “I’m really looking forward to finally getting it open,” says owner Greg Kahn, who hopes to fire up the ovens in July. The long-delayed project was held up in part by problems with its outdated HVAC system, which also had been an issue for former tenant Sugo. This will be the second Potomac location for Gregorio’s, joining an 11-year-old restaurant just two miles away at Cabin John Village. Kahn says the two will share delivery services and virtually identical menus, but weekly specials may vary.
