The Kashmir Collection — a local shop full of jewelry, tapestries, scarves, clothing and textiles — has a new home at Rockville’s Congressional Plaza. You may remember this store from Westfield Montgomery mall, where it had a long run before exiting last spring to make room for Lululemon‘s expansion. At Congressional, The Kashmir Collection has replaced Custom Ink in the space next door to Häagen-Dazs. Custom Ink has relocated to downtown Bethesda.
