Newly open next door to Wegmans on Rockville Pike: Genki Wagyu Shabu House, a stylish restaurant offering an all-you-can-eat hot pot experience. Wagyu beef is the star here, along with seafood, tofu and vegetables as well as sushi. The restaurant, on the ground floor of the Twinbrook Quarter development, is starting out with a dinner-only menu priced from $58 to $98 per person. It’s the latest concept from Maryland-based Ivea Restaurant Group, which also owns the neighboring Molly Tea as well as Lao Sze ChuanAkira RamenUrban Hot PotKyoto MatchaUzu Revolving SushiKanpaiKajiken and The Spot Asian food hall.
