The two-year wait for Frank Pepe pizza is almost over: On March 21st, those New Haven-style pies will start sliding out of the ovens at Westfield Montgomery mall. Frank Pepe, a family-owned chain that dates back almost 100 years, is known for its coal-fired thin crusts and signature white clam pizzas. This new restaurant is designed to look like the original Connecticut location, with wood and tile floors, dark green booths and a hand-built brick oven at the center.
