Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana finally arrived at Westfield Montgomery mall this week, and co-owner Jennifer Kelly was on hand to make sure that everything ran smoothly. “We’ve been working on this for four years, and we’re so excited that we finally made it to Bethesda,” says Kelly, whose grandfather opened the original restaurant in New Haven, Conn. Kelly, who tells us she never gets tired of pizza, prefers to order a simple tomato pie with mozzarella and grated Pecorino Romano cheese. At this time of year, she also recommends the “spring special” with spinach, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.
