Fangyán, a new boutique showcasing young Asian designers, has opened its doors in the Nordstrom wing at Westfield Montgomery mall. The selection here is like nothing else we’ve seen at the mall before: colorful, whimsical clothes in surprising shapes and patterns, plus a small collection of purses, scarves and tea sets. This is the first Maryland location for Fangyán, which has one store in New York City and is working on another in Georgetown.
