Potomac’s newest restaurant, Bagels ‘n Grinds, made its debut this week next door to the newly renamed Potomac Pizza Grill. Owner Adam Greenberg envisions the adjoining eateries as a morning-to-evening gathering spot for the Village, shifting from bagels, salads, sandwiches, pizza and coffee to evening dinner and cocktails. The two eateries have separate entrances but they’re connected in the back, so daytime customers can order from either menu and sit on either side. By night, the entire space transforms into a full-service restaurant with a brand new bar. The bagel side features a glassed-in showcase for its special water filtration system, designed to mimic the “secret ingredient” of New York City bagels. There are charging outlets at every table, both inside and outside, and customers can help themselves to unlimited refills from the expansive self-serve coffee bar. Bagels ‘n Grinds also offers made-to-order espressos, cappuccinos and smoothies.

I generally like very much your publication. When discussing Potomac village, you should keep in mind that the stores are located on three different corners of Falls and River. I’m not sure precisely where the stores are located and your article.
