Colorful new addition to the dining lineup at Rockville Town Square: Thai Chef, a D.C. restaurant making its first foray into Maryland this week. The two-story eatery, which replaces Thai Pavilion next to the library, features a highly Instagrammable interior stuffed with mismatched fabrics and over-the-top Thai knick knacks. Looking for a post-dinner photo op with a hot pink buddha or a bright yellow carousel horse? This is the place. (Oh, and we hear the food is good too.)
