Sweetgreen, the fast-casual salad chain with D.C. roots, opened its doors this week at Pike & Rose. This is the third Montgomery County location for the 12-year-old chain, which was founded by three undergraduate business students from Georgetown University. What’s next for the Pike & Rose food scene? BurgerFi should be open in a couple of weeks, followed by Sunday Morning Bakehouse sometime this summer.
