Mattress manufacturer Purple has opened its doors at Westfield Montgomery mall, taking over the onetime Microsoft store space in the Macy’s wing. Purple, which started primarily as on online retailer, specializes in “hyper-elastic polymer” mattresses featuring a squishy gel grid. Prices range from about $700 for a twin to $1,800 for a “split king.”
