Purée Artisan Juice Bar is aiming for a May opening at Cabin John Village, where it’s currently under construction in the central corridor next to Jurisdiction Clothing. This is the space that was previously home to the Dov. & Co. gift shop. Purée — which has two other locations at Tysons Corner and Bethesda Row —specializes in organic cold-pressed juices, smoothies, shakes and bowls, including some kosher options. This location will also offer salads, soups and seasonal dishes for dine-in and carry-out.
In other Cabin John news, the new Macky Hair Salon makes its debut this weekend inside the mini-mall. Macky is a family-owned, unisex salon that will be open seven days a week.
