The new store is designed for a more hands-on customer experience, with a “charm bar” for shoppers to mix and match pieces and a kiosk for custom engraving. The store also showcases Pandora’s new line of lab-created diamond jewelry, which is designed to “democratize diamonds” with lower prices and a reduced climate footprint.
