Construction is finally beginning on the long-awaited Thai restaurant at Park Potomac. The new place will be called Pama Thai, and we’re told it’s from the owners of Kruba Thai in D.C. Pama will join fellow newcomers Yirasai Sushi, which opened in April, and the upcoming Elysiem pet shop, opening this summer.
