Big changes this fall for the Nordstrom store at Westfield Montgomery Mall. The first floor has a new layout, the cafe is getting a facelift, and BP Shoes has moved upstairs to make room for a spruced-up home decor department. Also new is a dedicated area for online shopping, where customers can pick up their Internet orders and test out Nordstrom’s new “Reserve & Try In Store” program. The concept is pretty simple: Browse through the Nordstrom app, click on the clothes you like, and let the staff do the work of pulling those items together.
