After standing empty for more than a year, the Bar Louie/Èkó House space at Rockville Town Square has a new tenant on the way. All we know so far is the name — Fork & Kitchen — and that a liquor license application has been submitted. Èko House, which served African food, was open from 2022 to 2024. The original tenant in that space, Bar Louie, closed its doors in 2020 when the Texas-based company filed Chapter 11.
