A new building is on the horizon for Park Potomac — but this time it won’t include any offices, stores or restaurants. The Washington Business Journal reports that Montgomery County has approved developer Foulger-Pratt’s plan for a five-story residential building with 357 underground parking spaces. It will be located on Park Potomac’s empty southeastern corridor, which was originally envisioned as a commercial building before the office market softened. Foulger-Pratt has not announced a timetable for this project, nor has it specified whether these units will be condos or rentals.
