Rockville’s new Barnes & Noble store is just weeks away from opening at Congressional Plaza, with rows of blonde wood bookshelves and a new Starbucks cafe just inside the entrance. When the bookstore opens — tentatively mid-August — the older Barnes & Noble at Montrose Crossing will close its doors.
