Neighbors Barista opened its doors this week at the Woodley Gardens shopping center in Rockville, joining local favorites like Carmen’s Italian Ice, Hard Times Cafe and Z&Z Manoushe Bakery. Owners Spencer Trach and Lulu Parajuli, who have been roasting beans in their garage and selling at the Kentlands Farmers Market, have built a loyal following for their specialty drinks like matcha sodas, berry scratch sodas, banana lattes and honey lavender lattes. The Rockville cafe is their first brick-and-mortar space.
