Hopes were high for Melina to open at Pike & Rose this month, but construction is moving slowly and partner Ted Xenohristos tells us October is more likely. Housed at the bottom of the new office building across from REI, Melina will feature a modern take on Greek cooking. Xenohristos and his partners, Ike Grigoropoulos and Dimitri Moshovitis, know a little something about this kind of cuisine: They also founded the Cava chain, as well as Pike & Rose favorite Julii.
