King Arthur Baking Co. has opened its pop-up store at the Wildwood shopping center, taking over the former Indigo Octopus space next to Flower Child. The store is stocked with specialty flours, baking ingredients, small appliances, kitchen tools, cookbooks and aprons. You’ll also find plenty of giftable items, from “I Loaf You” T-shirts and dog biscuit baking supplies to snazzy Maryland tote bags. The store is scheduled to stay open through the holiday season, but it may stick around longer. A similar King Arthur “pop-up” in Fairfax has been operating since fall 2024.
