Opening soon at Westfield Montgomery mall: Jolly Yolly Kids, an indoor playground where parents can bring the little ones for a bit of fun or drop off while they shop. The Fairfax-based business, making its first move into Maryland, also will host birthday parties, summer camps and art classes. It’s now under construction next to Cheesecake Factory, across from the recently opened Alex Baby & Toys.
