Women’s retailer Francesca’s is going out of business and liquidating its stores nationwide. After filing Chapter 11 several years ago and then emerging with a new owner, the company has kept a lid on the details this time around. But markdowns are already underway at Westfield Montgomery mall — including clothes, jewelry, gifts, cards and accessories — and staffers say they expect to be out of a job in a couple of weeks. If you’re looking for a bargain, you’ll find Francesca’s on the mall’s lower level near Macy’s.
