This newly created plaza behind the Cabin John mini-mall — formerly home to a lot of empty parking spaces — is about to make its debut as a community gathering spot. Starting June 5th, the Milk Lady Farmers Market will be stationed on the plaza every Sunday with produce, meats, dairy products and artisan crafts. After that comes a summer full of family-friendly events, from movie nights and My Gym classes to lawn games, outdoor workouts and concerts. A side note, for all the readers who have been asking: The mall’s owners tell us there are no plans to add more parking spots at this time.
