Duke’s Grocery is aiming for a late March opening in Potomac Village, where it’s putting the finishing touches on a year-long remodeling of the former Lock 72/River Falls Tavern space. Duke’s, which has four locations in D.C., offers an “East London-inspired” menu featuring oversized sandwiches, burgers, salads, fish and chips and truffle mac-and-cheese — plus a full English breakfast on weekends. The Potomac location will feature a copper-topped bar serving local beers, wine and seasonal cocktails.
