When bowling behemoth Bowlero purchased smaller competitor Lucky Strike last year, it appeared that the Westfield Montgomery mall location would have to rebrand. But the ball ended up rolling in the opposite direction: This week, Bowlero announced that it’s changing its name to Lucky Strike Entertainment. All 75 Bowlero locations, including those in Gaithersburg and Tysons Corner, will be converting to the Lucky Strike brand. Bowlero also owns the AMF bowling chain (which won’t be changing its name), and the company recently expanded its portfolio to include water parks and family entertainment centers.
