Boulangerie Christophe, the Georgetown bakery that’s opening its first Potomac outpost, is planning for an April debut at Cabin John Village. What’s on the menu? Breakfast and lunch featuring omelettes, salads, crêpes, waffles, coffee and wine — plus takeout treats like baguettes, croissants, cakes, tarts, eclairs and pain au chocolat. The bakery will occupy half of the new building that’s under construction across from the Cabin John mini-mall. So who’s taking the other half? We don’t have confirmation yet…. but the rumor mill says it’s Chopt.
