A new fast-food restaurant, Thai Express, opened this week in the Dining Terrace at Westfield Montgomery mall. It replaces a similar restaurant, Ruby Thai, which closed last winter after a long run. Next up for the Dining Terrace: Subway, opening soon in the former J. Chow’s space.
