Closed as of New Year’s Eve: Studio Ten 83, the longtime hair salon at Potomac Woods Plaza. This exit comes just six months after the departure of the neighboring AcuSpa, leaving Potomac Woods with several empty spaces to fill. One of them will be scooped up by Baskin Robbins, which is relocating from Cabin John Village (more here). And we hear there’s more Potomac Woods news just around the corner.
