Pelicana Chicken, the Korean fried chicken spot that opened last year in downtown Rockville, has a new name and a newly expanded menu. Now known as Seoul Kitchen, the restaurant offers a wider range of Korean street food: rice bowls, rice cakes, fish cakes, army stew, bibimbap, dumplings, corn dogs, cheese balls, ramen and more. You’ll find it at 4 North Washington Street, in the space that was once home to Woodside Deli.
