Ritchie Center, home to one of the most interesting collections of restaurants on Rockville Pike, has added a Hawaiian-style eatery to its lineup. L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, now open in the former Super Bowl Noodle House space, serves up a traditional Hawaiian meal known as the “plate lunch.” This typically consists of two scoops of rice, one scoop of macaroni salad and a healthy portion of barbecued pork, beef or chicken. L&L also offers burgers, chicken katsu, fried shrimp and another Hawaiian specialty: Spam Musubi, featuring a marinated slice of the canned meat wrapped in rice and seaweed.

Great food to enjoy with friends and family.

Looking forward to finally getting some authentic local Hawaiian grinds that I don’t have to make myself, especially Spam musubi!
