We’ve been getting a lot of questions about construction next door to the Life Time gym in Rockville, directly across the street from Potomac Woods Plaza. While rumors have been flying about the possibility of another shopping center, what we’re actually going to get is a bunch of new housing. The site plan calls for condominiums, townhomes, and a Brightview senior living community with multiple levels of care. And Life Time, which now markets itself as an “athletic country club,” is staying put.
