A year after California Tortilla exited downtown Rockville, a Chinese restaurant is moving into its longtime space on East Montgomery Avenue. Chef Wang Kitchen, now under construction a few doors down from the Regal movie theater, will serve a varied menu of ramen, dumplings and traditional Chinese entrées for dine-in and delivery. Opening date TBD.
