Bring a bag of your favorite chips to Flavor Hive, and the new Rockville restaurant will top it off with a pile of taco fixings. The popular Virginia food truck-turned-restaurant chain has opened its first Maryland location at the Montrose Shopping Center, offering its own take on “walking tacos” as well as build-your-own bowls of rice, vegetables, halal meats and house-made sauces. You’ll find Flavor Hive at 5568 Randolph Road, in the space that was previously home to the Israeli vegetarian restaurant Shouk.
