A new Vietnamese eatery, Ba Le Sandwiches, has opened at Ritchie Center on Rockville Pike. This is the first franchised location for a longtime Chicago restaurant that’s known for its banh mi sandwiches and noodle dishes. The Rockville menu also includes soups, smoothies, coffee, macaron cookies and a wide variety of vegan options. There are a few seats inside, but this location is designed primarily for takeout.
