Collars & Co., a Bethesda-based shirt manufacturer that gained some fame on Shark Tank, is opening a pop-up shop on Rockville Pike. The four-year-old company is best known for its “dress collar polo,” a stretchy shirt with a crisp collar that’s designed to fit smoothly under sweaters. Backed by Shark Tank investors Mark Cuban and Peter Jones, Collars & Co. has three locations in Chicago, Boca Raton and King of Prussia, Pa. The Rockville store, set to debut in October at Congressional Plaza, will lure in visitors with a couple of Instagram-ready props: a classic Porsche and a faux private jet.
