The mall’s Dining Terrace is once again open for eat-in (at reduced capacity) as well as takeout. But head up the escalator, and you’ll find another alternative: outdoor dining right at the top of the parking garage. Warmed by heaters and festooned by string lights and greenery, it’s about as charming as a parking garage patio can get.
